Harry DeCicco

Harry DeCicco was born on April 8, 1907, in New York to Madeline Bruno, age 21, and Vincenzo J. DeCicco, age 30. He had four brothers Frank , James , Salvatore and Victor and two sisters Florence and Mary.

In Rye his family lived at 12 Archer Place and were members of the Church of the Resurrection. Harry was a Rye High School graduate , class of 1926

Before the war Harry was a renowned bowler and handball player and was working at R.W. Pressprich & Co. in New York City.

Harry enlisted on April 15, 1941 and served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He was honorably discharged October 21, 1945 after over four years of service.

He died on March 30, 1989, at the age of 81.
