JAMES W. DUNCAN

Mr. Duncan was born July 21, 1900 in New York City. A graduate of St. John's University and New York University School of Law, he was district real estate manager for Standard Oil Company. During World War II he served as a first lieutenant in the Navy. He was a member of the Kinderhook Reformed Church and the Winding Brook Country Club.

James W. Duncan of Kinderhook, N. Y., a former Rye resident, died suddenly at Columbia Memorial Hospital in Hudson, N. Y. At the time of his death he was survived by his wife, Jessie MacKenzie Duncan; a daughter, Mrs. Robert Miller of Stanford. Calif.; his mother, Mrs. William Duncan, Kew Gardens, N. Y.J a brother, William of Valley Stream, N. Y.; and three grandchildren. Funeral services were held at the Kinderhook Reformed Church, Kinderhook.
