Richard Keator Commissioned FORT KNOX, Ky. Richard S. Keator, son of Frederic M. Keator, 1 Oneida Street, Rye, was commissioned a second lieutenant in ceremonies here today. He was a member of the 87th graduating class of the Armored Officer Candidate School. Sixty-eight new officers received their gold bars upon completion of a rigorous 17-week course covering every phase of the employment of armored equipment and organizations in modern warfare.
