Capt. Chas. F. Hale Graduates
Camp Stoneman Calif. , August 10 Capt. Charles F. Hale of 43 Adelaide Street, Rye, was graduated Saturday, August 7, from the sixth class of the Pacific Coast Transportation Corps Officers Training School at Camp Stoneman, and received a diploma following graduation exercises at which Maj. Gen. William H. H. Morris, 2nd Armored Division, was the principal speaker. The two-month officer-refresher course offers complete basic training as well as presentation of the missions and functions of Army SupPly. His wife, Mrs. Mildred G. Hale, lives at the above address. Prior to entering the Army, April 24, 1942, Capt, Hale was industrial traffic manager, his own Interstate Commerce business, New York City. He is a graduate of Worcester Technical College.
