John B. Jessup

John Baker Jessup was born on July 30, 1921, in New York, New York, his father, Henry, was 30 and his mother, Eugenia, was 28. He married Dorothy Lucretia Milburn on January 31, 1942, in Rye, New York. He then married Martha Jane Atwell on October 20, 1973, in Ridgefield, Connecticut.

In Rye his family lived on Grace Church Street and were members of the Presbyterian Church. John served as an officer in the U.S. Navy during World War II.

He died on April 26, 2006, in North Salem, New York, at the age of 84.

Mr. and Mrs. Arthur M. Milburn, of Grace Church Street, have with them for over Christmas, their daughter And son-inlaw, Ensign and Mrs. John B. Jessup of Boston.
