Nicholas J. Larussell

When Nicholas Joseph La Russell was born on November 30, 1927, in Port Chester, New York, his father, Nicholas, was 29 and his mother, Marie, was 33. He had four sisters Marion, Carmella, Anna and Rose and two brothers Paul and Angelo . In Rye his family lived at 180 Railroad Avenue. Nicholas was a Rye High School Graduate, Class of 1945. He enlisted and served in the U.S. Army during World War II.

He served one year in Japan with the 8th Army Signal Corps. Nick married Paula LaPorto-one child. Sheetmetal worker. Moved to Ogdens-berg, NY, in 1997. 315-393-2027 Rye High School Graduate, class of 1945

He married Stephanie Jane Lovelace in 1993 in Mamaroneck, New York. He died on July 10, 2018, in New York at the age of 90.

Nicholas was born on November 30, 1927 and passed away on Tuesday, July 10, 2018. Nicholas was a resident of Ogdensburg, New York at the time of passing. He graduated from high school and went on to obtain an Associate's Degree. Mr. LaRussell enlisted in the United States Army right out of high school. Nicholas J. LaRussell, Jr. 5 hours ago Funeral services for Nicholas J. LaRussell, Jr., age 90, of Ogdensburg, NY, will be held on Wednesday, July 11, 2018, at 10:00AM at St. Mary's Cathedral with Rev. F. James Shurtleff officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery. There will be no calling hours.
