David A. Dorsey
David A. Dorsey was born in Stamford Connecticut May 20, 1926. In Rye his family lived at
142 Maple Avenue.
Before the war, David worked for Kaplan's Department Store, Portchester NY.
David enlisted and served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He retired a U.S. Navy master chief petty officer who was awarded the
Silver
and Bronze stars.. He was a Veteran of WWII, Korea and Vietnam.

David Alan Dorsey, 83, of Pearl City, HI died Aug. 3, 2009.
At the time of his death, he was survived by his wife, Fuku. Graveside services were held at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific.
