David A. Walsh

David A Walsh was born on December 31, 1916, in New York City, New York, to Nina A Ashurst, age 38, and William Francis Walsh, age 40. He had four brothers William, Thomas, David and John and a sister Nina In Rye his family lived on Park Drive South and were members of the Church of the Resurrection.

David enlisted and served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.

David Walsh, son of Dr. William F. Walsh, Park Drive South, was among the 1100 midshipmen graduated, Sept. 22, from the U. S. Naval Reserve Midshipmen's School, University of Notre Dame, with a commission as Ensign in the Naval Reserve.
