Joseph Holland Memorial services for Joseph J. Holland, 65, formerly of the Mississippi Hotel, Davenport, will be held at a later date. The body was cremated. Memorials may be made to the Care and Share Program at St. Anthony's Catholic Church, Davenport Mr. Holland died Thursday, June 10, 1993, at the Old Soldiers Home, Marshalltown, Iowa. Halligan-McCabe Funeral Home, Inc., Davenport, is in charge of arrangements. He was born June 14, 1928, in New York, N.Y. He was employed as a crane operator for a number of years at the Rock Island Arsenal. He was a World War II Army and Korean veteran. . He was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars and the Moose. Survivors include a number of friends in Davenport.
