BIOGRAPHY
Percival L. Ferris was born in New York in 1915. In Rye his family lived at 632 Milton Road, Port Chester and were members of Christ Church. Percival enlisted in 1944 and served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.
PERCIVAL L. FERRIS Funeral services were held Wednesday at the Hill Funeral Home for Percival L. Ferris, 57, of 626 Milton Road, who died Saturday night at United Hospital, after a long illness. Interment was in Greenwood Union Cemetery. He was born in Port Chester, Feb. 5, 191f>, son of the late Percival and Myrtle Strang Ferris. A lifelong resident of Rye, Mr. Ferris served in the U. S. Navy during World War II. He was employed by the County of Westchester. He is survived by his wife, Mary Kane Ferris of the home address; a daughter, Mrs. Myrtle Pietrafeso of Port Chester; three sons, Daniel of Rye; Leroy of Florida; and nine grandchildren
