Theodore J. Marden was born on October 3, 1908, in New York to Cora Irish, age 31, a
nd Herbert B. Marden, age 52. He was raised and educated in upstate NY.
He was a graduate of Syracuse University and also studied at Harvard University.
Theodore married his wife Elizabeth on May 21, 1940, in Harrison, New York. The couple had one daughter and in Rye his family lived at 10 Central Ave.
Theodore enlisted in 1943 and served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He served overseas in the European theater with the Third Army. After the war he worked for the US Veterans Association.
Theodore J. Marden died on January 27, 1970, in Pittsford, New York, at the age of 61, and was buried in Baldwinsville, New York.
