Mr. Peter G. Valeri entered eternal rest on Tuesday November 25, 2015. He was 85 years old. Peter was the beloved husband of the late Kathleen. He was the devoted father to Jean Copp (Bruce), Catherine Kemper (Richard), and Alexander Valeri (Sue). He leaves behind 12 loving grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, Niece Valerie O’Connell, and nephew Timothy O’Shea. Along with his first wife, Kathleen, he was also predeceased by a sister Elodie O’Shea.Peter served his country proudly during the Korean War with the U.S. Marines.The Valeri family will be receiving friends on Friday from 4-8 p.m. at the Harrison Funeral Home. The funeral will take place on Saturday. Mass of the Christian Burial 10 a.m. at St. Gregory the Great Church. Interment to follow at St. Mary’s cemetery, Rye Brook, N.Y.
