John Bourne Miller

John Bourne Miller was born on February 20, 1914, in Yonkers, New York, to Elise Adams Flanagan, age 26, and Charles Gilbert Miller, age 34. He had one brother Charles and one sister. He attended Yale and in Rye his family lived at 142 Grandview Ave.

Before the war he was working for Batten, Barton, Durstine & Osborn in NYC. John enlisted in 1942 and served in the U.S. Army during World War II. In 1950 census shows he was separated and working for the government and living in NYC. John Bourne Miller died on December 27, 1983, at the age of 69, and was buried in Rye, New York.

He was the second husband of Anna Suzanne Miller (1930–2022), and was survived by their children, Suzanne Miller, Cheryl Miller, and John Paul Miller, as well as her children from a previous marriage
